5 Ingredient PB & Chocolate ‘Nice’ Cream

Being lactose intolerant, I am always looking for the best dairy-free ice cream substitute! I gave ‘nice’ cream a try last night & it only had 5 ingredients! The base ingredient of the whole ‘cream’ is the frozen bananas, so if you’re not a big fan of banana taste - maybe double up on some of the peanut butter or cocoa powder. However, the end texture is so creamy, so easy, totally worth the try🍦

What You Need:

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 3 frozen bananas

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips

  • 1/3 cup dairy-free milk

  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder

Cooking:

  1. Chop frozen bananas into small slices, then add bananas, peanut butter, and milk into blender. *Tip: you’ll definitely want a high-speed blender for this, to make sure no banana chunk are left un-mushed & everything is truly combined*

  2. Blend until thick and creamy, no lumps of banana left.

  3. Add chocolate chips and lightly pulse into mix.

  4. Pour mixture into pan, top with chocolate chips or any other toppings (I added walnuts) & chill in freezer for approx. 30min - 1 hour.
