Celebrate Fall Early with this Breakfast Bread🍁

My kitchen smells amazing after baking this morning & this Apple Cinnamon & Oatmeal Breakfast Bread is the answer! The crust is crumbly & the inside smells like a Fall Hallmark store... It makes me feel like I’m ready to start decorating, are you?


Try this bread & you’ll be dreaming of falling leaves like me!

 

What You Need:

  • 1 1/2 cup flour

  • 2 large eggs

  • 3/4 cup coconut brown sugar

  • 2 tbsp. agave

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder

  • 1/4 cup avocado oil

  • 1 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon

  • 1 cup applesauce (sweetened or unsweetened)

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats

  • 1 tbsp. vanilla extract


Cooking:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 & parchment paper an 8x8 loaf pan. Add butter to sides.

  2. Mix eggs, oil, vanilla, applesauce & sugar together in mixer on low/medium until fully combined.

  3. In a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder & cinnamon.

  4. Add to liquid mixture 1/4 cup at a time, mixing in between each time. Try not to over-mix.

  5. Once the mixture is fully combined, add to loaf pan & bake for 45-50 min.
