What You Need:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp sea salt
1 cup dairy free butter
3/4 cup coconut brown sugar
3/4 cup agave
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
Cooking:
Preheat oven to 350˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt.
In a mixer, combine butter, sugar & honey medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla until fully combined. Add flour mixture, about 1/2 cup at a time.
Stir in chocolate chips & walnuts until combined.
Use an ice cream scoop or 2 tbsp. to scoop cookie dough onto parchment paper. Bake for 10 - 11 min.
