Midnight Craving Cookies ft. Sustainable Ingredients🌼

What You Need:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp sea salt

  • 1 cup dairy free butter

  • 3/4 cup coconut brown sugar

  • 3/4 cup agave

  • 2 eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 cup @enjoylifefoods chocolate chips

  • 3/4 cup chopped walnuts


Cooking:

  1. Preheat oven to 350˚F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together flour, baking soda and salt.

  3. In a mixer, combine butter, sugar & honey medium speed until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla until fully combined. Add flour mixture, about 1/2 cup at a time.

  4. Stir in chocolate chips & walnuts until combined.

  5. Use an ice cream scoop or 2 tbsp. to scoop cookie dough onto parchment paper. Bake for 10 - 11 min.
