My eating lifestyle motto has been 'eat better, not less' to push myself against the mentality that a condensed, faster diet means a faster, healthier me. Sometimes, it becomes too easy to make slices of avocado toast or a smoothie for two meals in the day; but, supplement that 'faster food' during dinner by making it up with a larger meal. This process can instead throw my body out of metabolic rhythm and lead to completely out of sync meals that can lead to an out of sync diet. So, what does staying busy BUT eating in a busy atmosphere look like to you? Does it help you to eat a smaller meal in the morning, then gradually increase intake throughout the day? Or, just the opposite?

Hey Morgan, I have found that eating what I can, when I can has been a never-ending struggle in these busy times. However, I still do try to have 6 meals a day and to keep those meal sizes proportionate to one another. This will keep a steady metabolism going and ensure many health benefits. Thank you!
