Happy Sunday #locallovers, today's local spotlight was brought to me full of greenery beauty! New COVID-19 restrictions have allowed so many new Farmer's and Artisan Markets to open up, under new rules, each weekend. This has been wonderful to see because so many formally online-exclusive businesses now have the opportunity to showcase themselves to the community!
One of my favorites that I was able to speak with today, thanks to my partnership with @eptxvegan, was La Planta. La Planta is an online-exclusive business that delivers any and all kinds of plants directly to people's homes. They even handle the potting, even if you haven't bought a plant from them! They truly are devoted to the care and keeping of greenery because they want your plant to have the longevity it deserves (not sadly drooping in a corner...).
Remember, keeping our planet sustainable begins within our home - growing our own herbs, buying local plants & opting for greener materials that won't stunt future growth of these plants in the natural outdoors.
They typically set up shop every weekend at the 1st Avenue Artisan Market in Downtown El Paso, but their online platform is always available!
