I was visiting family in Nashville, TN and, if anyone has visited the South, you'll soon find that it can be hard to find food without "fast" in front of it. If you're also like me and sporting the dairy-free lifestyle, than finding anything remotely close to almond milk can also be a sweet challenge. So, you would find me pleasantly shocked when, in the middle of the smallest town one can find - Columbia, TN, there sits #localcoffeeshop heaven!
Tennessee Coffee Shop & Smoothie Co. was the most nonchalant drive-thru concoction you could discover. It sits behind a mass of other fast food shops, yet stands alone in it's customer service and ability to provide the best coconut milk iced latte and cold brew - perfect for the rainy day!
